Where is Home is a project that highlights the history hidden in the process of gentrification. Gentrification does not always mean progress. Focusing on Freda Parker, we divide into the background of the everyday lives of Black folk in Frederick, MD during her childhood. How much change becomes erasure?

This is the barbershop where Ms. Parker's father was the owner and Head barber. The only Black Barbershop in Frederick at the time located on All Saints St.
